2: I would like to start my project with you. What should I do next?
Send artwork to us(Or use our existing designs),and pay the deposite to us. 

3: How to prepare my artwork files for printing?
The artwork format could be AI,PDF,CDR,PSD. 

4: How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on the quantity of the order,we always advise you the production time before you place the order.if you have an urgent deadline and we'll see what we can do.

5. What’s the MOQ?
Our MOQ based on 500 piece or 500 pieces for OEM service.

6. What’s your deliver time?
Generally, the sample time is within 7 days, and the bulk product is around 15-30 days.
 
7. Can I print my own logo?
Sure, we offer OEM service, and we can help customer to develop new product.

8. What’s your package?
Each piece into one opp bag, then put the bag into inner box, finally put the inner boxes into big safe carton.

9. Where is your customer come from?
At present, our main customers are from European, America, South Korea, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Southeast Asia.

10. Can I get a sample for quality check?
Sure, we can offer the sample for free.
